Oolong is a traditional semi-oxidized Chinese tea (Camellia sinensis). The degree of oxidation, can range from 8–85%, depending on the duration of time before drying and production style.
Anxi TieGuanYin, Wuyi DaHongPao and Fenghuang DanCong are the most famous Oolong teas in China.
Anxi, Wuyi and Fenghuang means where the teas come from. Anxi and Wuyi locates in Fujian province, Fenghuang locates in Guangdong province.
